Shipping Information And Return Policy

We are happy to offer Curb-side Pick-up at any of our Ft. Myers Beach locations. Please choose this option upon checkout.

We are pleased to ship by USPS to the continental United States under normal conditions. We will and can ship via UPS and Fedex or other couriers that are best suited to get your package to you as quickly as possible. You may choose to pay for special delivery services to expedite your order. Please contact us directly at thebestofFMB@gmail.com should you have a special request.

Shipping Policy

We offer $5 flat shipping rate on all orders within the continental USA. Exclusions may apply.  Larger items may be shipped directly from our suppliers and have additional costs. Heavy or fragile merchandise which requires special packaging will also require a specific shipping quote. We will contact you personally should your order require additional shipping cost.

We will do our best to ship out all orders within 72 hours.  If for any reason we are not able to, we will contact you by email to let you know when you may expect your package!

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Online Returns Policy

Regular Priced Items
We want you to love your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced items, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund within 14-days of the original purchase date or shipping date whichever is later.

During Covid-19, we will offer a more flexible window for returns. Please contact us to arrange an extension. Thank you.

Returned items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. Once your refund is processed you will be notified via email.

Please allow up to 7-days for your return to be processed. We cannot claim responsibility for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Sale Items

ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. If you return a sale item, you can a) pay to have the item returned to you, or b) we can donate the item to a local shelter

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items:

We are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds on the following:

  • Sale items
  • All Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Hair accessories and face masks
  • Artwork
  • Special order items

You can also choose to return your item for an E-Gift Card. By choosing this option we will waive the return label fee of $9.99.

To return your item for an E-Gift Card, simply select the E-Gift Card option at the final step of our return's process within the Return's
